THE BANDIT field trip

MARCH 30 | 7:30 AM | ERRATIC ALE

A point-to-point adventure!

A charter bus will transport runners from Erratic Ale in Dexter to our starting point, Argo Livery in Ann Arbor.

The route will be marked with turn signs, and aid stations every 3-4 miles that include water and Gatorade.

Distances:

The direct route from Argo Livery to Erratic is 14 miles.

If you would like to run 15-20 miles, the Hudson Mills B2B is connected to Erratic Ale’s parking lot!

Erratic Ale will be open with a full coffee & pastry menu.

This is a free event, sponsored by Brent McDermott with Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices.

If donating to great causes is your Love Language, please consider making a contribution to the Huron Waterloo Pathways Initiative, a great organization helping to fund the completion of the B2B trail.

Group Run Schedule

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

6:00 PM

Led by Michelle Kay, our “Crain Train” workouts are designed by 2:12 marathoner, Johnny Crain, who is our programming guru.

Workout Wednesdays are done seasonally as Bandits prepare for Fall / Spring marathon and half marathons.

We usually meet at Ferry Field, Gallup Park, or Hudson Mills, depending on the circuit.

Quesadillas at El Limón hit different after these workouts.

In the “off-season,” Michelle and Adam Hughes lead Wilderness Wednesdays, an exploration of trails in the area.

GUINNESS ZERO FRIDAY

7:30 AM

Easy pace for 6-8 miles, low key vibes, culminating with a morning “happy hour” toast of non-alcoholic Guinness. This started as an informal ritual between Jack and Brent and has evolved into a Bandit staple.

Most runs start at Lowertown Cafe, Gallup Park, or a random dirt road.

SPEAKEASY SUNDAY

8:00 AM

Long runs with water stations, and turn signs for unfamiliar routes, this is our flagship group run.

Every run features a short route (8-12 miles) and long route (14+ miles) that is typically on the most beautiful dirt roads we can find.
